Her Sport and 123.ie agree a new partnership centred on key athletics competitions in the 2025 calendar. Together, they join forces to amplify the stories of Irish track and field superstars with the vision to keep building on the excitement gained from the exciting 2024 summer action.

Some of the first stories that we shared on Her Sport in 2018 were those of the stalwart that is Ciara Mageean, and at that time, the rising stars of Sarah Healy, Sophie O’Sullivan, Rhasidat Adeleke and Molly Scott. It’s incredible to have been on the journey with them and to see these athletes grow and flourish over the past 7 years.
This partnership with 123.ie allows us to commit more coverage of Irish athletics on Her Sport, ranging from domestic competition to top level international events. We’re delighted to be including the U20 and U23 European championships, where we will see the 2025 rising stars in action and embark on a new journey together - excited to see what the future holds!

To launch the partnership, Her Sport will be covering the action of the Irish Athletes competing in the European Indoor Championship from the 6th to the 9th of March 2025. With a team of 11 female athletes, be sure to find out what athletes are in action and where to watch here.
