Brazilian striker Geyse Da Silva Ferreira has been announced as Manchester United's latest signing.
The 25-year-old has joined the Red Devils from Barcelona. Geyse had a very successful season at Barcelona last year, helping them win the Liga F title, the Spanish Super Cup, and the Women's Champions League. During her time with Barcelona, Geyse made 37 appearances, scoring 11 goals.
She is a key signing for the club, following the departure of striker Alessia Russo to Arsenal earlier this summer.
Upon signing her contract, Geyse expressed her excitement at joining Manchester United. "I am very happy to be here," she said. "Signing for United has been a very special day for me and my family. I am very grateful for this opportunity and thank everyone for making it happen."

United manager Marc Skinner added: "Geyse is a proven winner on the biggest stages.
"She has won both domestic and international honours and her winning mentality is an important addition to our team, ahead of a busy campaign across several important competitions."
Geyse is also a prominent figure in the Brazilian national team with 41 caps. She was a member of the squad who played at this summer's World Cup, where they were subsequently knocked out in the groups stages.
Manchester United will be happy to add depth and strength to their squad, as they enter they first season in the UEFA Women's Champions League, having finished the 22/23 WSL season in 2nd
Manchester United are back in action in the WSL on October 1st against Aston Villa.
