CLIENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Full-Time)

We seek a passionate and driven Client Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role managing and growing relationships with our advertising partners. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage digital and campaign projects from start to finish, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertising partners; research brands and agencies interested in women’s sports advertising.

  • Collaborate to build brand and sales decks combining compelling storytelling and data.

  • Manage client campaigns including planning, monitoring timelines, liaising with teams, reviewing deliverables, and reporting.

  • Assist with revenue tracking and forecasting for client projects.

  • Build strong internal team relationships to implement quality content-led campaigns.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital, event, and sports media trends, especially related to women.

  • Track and analyse data across platforms regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Strong project management skills with proven quota and goal achievement.

  • Exceptional understanding of social media landscape: creators, influencers, content trends.

  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bonus: Experience in content creation (graphics, captions, video editing, email marketing).

  • Versatility and adaptability in dynamic team environments.

  • Strong passion for women’s sports is essential.

OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Full-Time)

A key leadership role pivotal to ensuring Her Sport reaches its goals and targets. The ideal candidate thrives in collaboration, enjoys relationship-building, and excels at streamlining operations. You will work closely with founders to refine products and explore new opportunities aligned with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

Team Operations & Culture

  • Manage team scheduling, project management, budget tracking, and annual leave.

  • Conduct monthly 1:1s and performance reviews to support development.

  • Coordinate team-building, staff events, and internal training.

  • Continuously refine workflows for efficiency.

  • Ensure clear internal communication.

Strategic Support

  • Coordinate internal business reviews and Board of Advisor meetings.

  • Support founders in translating board insights into strategies.

Business Development

  • Evaluate and develop current products and services.

  • Research and execute relevant products fulfilling impact or commercial goals.

  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships in media, corporate, and government sectors.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring consistent value and communication.

Background and Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, business development, or project management.

  • Exceptional organisational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.

HEAD OF CONTENT (Full-Time)

The Head of Content will play a key leadership role within Her Sport’s digital media publishing content team, including developing, adapting and executing content strategy to drive growth across all channels. This individual will be responsible for ensuring Her Sport’s content is best-in-class: creatively outstanding, high-performing, commercially valuable, and culturally relevant.

This is a hands-on role that blends content and platform management, team management and leadership, across video, audio, visual and written mediums. The Head of Content will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring that editorial, original, and sponsored content supports Her Sport’s mission and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a cross-platform content strategy that supports Her Sport’s growth, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement best practices for social-first content, ensuring platform-specific success and monitoring of emerging platforms.
  • Lead creative development across editorial, video, audio, social media, and live event content.
  • Maintain an updated content calendar and oversee content planning across Her Sport branded and partner projects.
  • Ideate and produce sponsored shows and original storytelling initiatives – including scripting, video production, editing and quality control of projects, working with relevant team members and contractors.
  • Ensure content is audience-first, culturally relevant, innovative, and optimised for each platform; including the Her Sport website, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook channels, newsletter and relevant podcast platforms.

Content Production & Execution

  • Manage and mentor the content team, providing strategic direction and guidance across projects.
  • Oversee shoots, interviews, video series and live events with the ability to direct, shoot and edit when needed.
  • Quality control – Review and approve content across video, audio, and graphics for consistent style, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Source, onboard, and manage freelance producers, videographers, editors, and talent as required.

Content Performance & Reporting

  • Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to track, optimise, and communicate content performance.
  • Use audience data, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve content strategies.
  • Conduct periodic competitor and industry audits to maintain a leadership position in the market.

Commercial & Partnership Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualise, pitch, and deliver high-performing sponsored content and branded series.
  • Support the development of media kits, case studies, and content sales tools.
  • Help identify new media partnerships and revenue opportunities through content collaborations.

Background and Experience Required

  • 4+ years of experience in media production, editorial leadership, or social media content management.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams including strong organisational, planning, and project management skills, as well as experience creating and managing production budgets and timelines.
  • Track record of building and executing cross-platform content strategies with a deep knowledge of social media platforms, content best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of branded content, sponsorship activation, and integration best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in video production, filming and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented, strategic, and business-minded.

Passion for women’s sport and understanding sports culture is essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: €42,000 – €47,000 depending on experience

EDUCATION PROJECT LEAD (Contractor)

Her Sport delivers educational workshops across schools, clubs, and corporate settings. We seek an Educational Development Lead to review and update our programme aimed at reducing the gender participation gap among girls in sport.

Project Scope & Responsibilities

Programme Development

  • Update and develop evidence-based, engaging facilitator- and student-led workshops.

  • Collaborate with experts in education, sports science, nutrition, mental health, and wellbeing.

  • Lead the Her Sport educational committee to support content, impact measurement, and research.

  • Develop resources and digital content aligned with school requirements and policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct focus groups with students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders.

  • Engage educational bodies, principals, and teachers to support programme adoption.

Facilitator Training

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure quality delivery.

Programme Implementation

  • Pilot workshops prioritising inclusivity and impact.

  • Develop ongoing engagement strategies including teacher CPD and e-learning.

Funding & Corporate Engagement

  • Identify funding sources including corporate sponsorships and grants (e.g., Erasmus+).

Impact Assessment & Sustainability

  • Create tools to assess programme impact and support future funding.

  • Position the programme for scalability and digital growth.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Expertise in programme design or project management within Irish education.

  • Strong knowledge of Junior and Senior Cycle curricula and educational policies.

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and partnership building skills.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Passion for gender equity, education, and sports social impact.

Salary & Terms

  • €3,500/month based on experience and deliverables.

  • Fixed-term contractor, full-time (5 days/week), approx. 6 months.
