Skills4Girls Camp: Training Up Future Gaelic Football Stars

Dublin Senior Footballer Niamh McEvoy and other current inter-county players will be running two summer camps this upcoming July for the Skills4Girls GAA camp.

The first camp will take place at TUD Grangegorman from 4-6 July and followed by a second camp at Broomfield St Sylvester GAA Club from 11-13 July.

The aim of the Skills4Girls Camp is to equip girls with valuable insights on effectively improving their skills in Gaelic football, while also offering practical lifestyle tips to enhance their overall enjoyment of the sport.

Girls aged 13-15 are offered a chance to gain guidance from highly accomplished female footballers, with McEvoy as the head coach. Alongside skill development, the camp will include daily presentations and Q&A sessions covering various topics including nutrition, mindset, and safe strength and conditioning practices. These informative sessions will be led by guest speakers who possess expertise in their respective fields.

Bookings and more information on the camp is available on Skills4Girls website: https://skills4girls.com/
