"You can't take your eye off anything" she says in regards to the difficulty of competing alongside the U21s, but she also recognised that it was "amazing to sail against such a competitive fleet ". It is in fact not her first time competing in the U21s category, which gave her valuable experience in competing in such a high level.
"I wanted to finish it off in a good way" she said referring to her last U19 event, and she certainly achieved that; due to her fantastic performance this season, she has secured herself a spot in the Paris Olympic games, which is what she described as a dream come true since she was a child.
She shares heartwarming memories from throughout her career, from summer camps with her brothers to friends she has made on the international stage, and her staple advice to young girls to "believe in yourself".
