Opting to bat first, Ireland set an imposing target of 240 runs, with Leah Paul's resilient knock of 70 runs anchoring the innings. Support from Laura Delany (41 runs) and Amy Hunter (37 runs) further bolstered the Irish total. Delany also reached a milestone, earning 1000 ODI runs for Ireland.
