It’s Monday, so it’s that time again. Grab a coffee, and a big chunk of that oval dark mass masquerading as chocolate that you forgot to finish yesterday, kick back and enjoy five minutes in the company of Kilkenny powerhouse (yup we went there), Katie Power.
