This weekend resumes the third round of the Glen Dimplex Camogie All-Ireland Championships. All three levels—Senior, Intermediate and Premier Junior—will be holding their matches on Saturday the 11th.
Both the Galway and Kilkenny senior level teams are coming off of wins in the second round against Offaly and Limerick respectively, and last weekend's Down v Antrim match ended in a 1-12 draw.
Group 1 of the senior lot faced off last weekend during their third round games that ended in close games all around.
An injury-time point from Ciara O’Connor secured a 1-9 to 0-11 win for Wexford over Clare, Cork managed to hang on to their undefeated title as Katrina Mackey bagged both of Cork's goals for a 2-10 to 0-9 win over Dublin and Waterford defeated Tipperary 1-16 to 0-13 threatening Tipp's record of appearances in the last four semi-finals of the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Championship.
