Danni McCormack to challenge Valesca Machado in quest for first world title

Former Bellator fighter Danni McCormack is set to fight Invicta FC strawweight (52.2 kg) champion Valesca Machado in a bid to win her first world title.

The fight will take place tomorrow (March 15) at Invicta FC 52 in Denver, Colorado at the Reelworks Denver Arena.

Brazil’s Machado (12-3-0) claimed the title after winning the strawweight tournament at Invicta FC 50 in November 2022. She has won her last four fights.

At the same event in November McCormack (6-2-0) defeated Maira Mazar.

McCormack currently trains with Dublin-based SBG Ireland.
