The women’s 4x400m relay team will be in action this morning (10.51am), boasting another strong Irish relay line-up including last night’s 400m finalist Rhasidat Adeleke (Tallaght AC). Adeleke will be joined in the team by the experienced global final performers of Phil Healy (Bandon AC), Sophie Becker (Raheny Shamrock), and Sharlene Mawdsley (Newport AC). The 4 athletes selected all rank within the top 6 on the Irish all-time 400m list. The team take their place in the second of the semi-finals at 10.51am and will face up against strong opposition from Netherlands, France, and hosts Germany.
